Sustainable finance is entering a new phase. The first was dominated by voluntary alliances, climate commitments, frameworks, taxonomies and targets. The challenge now is implementation: how financial institutions and regulators translate sustainability into strategy, risk management, capital allocation, customer propositions and measurable, real-world impact.

This 2-day Executive Masterclass is designed for senior leaders from Malaysian and regional banks, financial institutions, Bank Negara and other regulatory and public bodies.

Drawing on Green & Sustainable Finance: Principles & Practice, extensive international experience in banking and sustainable finance capacity building, and current practitioner experience developing the UK Government’s green home retrofit finance programme, the Masterclass will combine global perspectives with a strong ASEAN and Malaysian focus
