Communication & Influence in Action! is a dynamic and highly interactive executive communication and professional presence programme designed to help professionals elevate their personal impact, strengthen their executive presence, and communicate with greater confidence and influence.


Through immersive learning experiences, practical workplace simulations, real-world case studies, role plays, and communication challenges, participants will gain the skills and confidence needed to project credibility, engage audiences effectively, and leave a lasting professional impression.

Raianna, fondly known as Rai, is a high-impact HRDC Accredited Trainer, Speaker, and Communication Specialist with over 25 years of excellence in Malaysia’s broadcasting and entertainment industry. A versatile television personality and fluently bilingual emcee (English and Bahasa Malaysia), Rai has built a career defined by professional poise, commanding presence, and authentic audience engagement.

Her extensive background includes nearly a decade at Astro Go Shop, where she served as Assistant Vice President and Head of TV Hosts. In this leadership role, Rai mentored Malay and Chinese presenters, shaping the on-air identity of Malaysia’s premier live commerce channel and setting the gold standard for live presentation. Her journey from being the face of iconic brands like McDonald's and Dunhill, leading talent management and scriptwriting has provided her with a 360-degree understanding of high-stakes communication.


Today, Rai leverages her decades of "front-of-camera" experience to empower others through training in personal branding, eloquent communication, and professional presentation.

Known for her charisma and relatability, she bridges the gap between technical broadcasting skills and practical leadership, making her a trusted mentor for those looking to master the art of influential communication and personal branding.
